Rifidi Edge Alien Documentation

This is a help document for using the Alien reader in Rifidi Edge.

Overview

There is already a basic overview of general Rifidi Edge functionality at the Edge Server User Documentation page. This will be a more in-depth look at what you can do with the Alien and Rifidi Edge.

Getting Started

First we will need to create a reader and connect to it. Check the Edge Server User Documentation for how to do that. Create a session on the Alien reader you just created, and start it to make sure the connection is working properly.
