MessagingSystem

The MessagingSystem is a notifier for messages posted to it. Classes interested in messages posted to a specific category can subscribe to the MessagingSystem in order to be notified when messages are posted to the category.

Currently, the main implementation of the MessagingSystem in Designer is in the MessagingService.
