  1. Ability to set antenna power
  2. ENABLE_EVENTS_AND_REPORTS for compatibility with Zebra FX9500/9600 readers
  3. Fixes for the RSSI filtering service
  4. Fixes for scenarios causing LLRP readers to get stuck in a loggin state
